model #'s

I am in the process of unreserving, changing model #’s, and requesting them. They are for Henninger Construction and there are several. When I enter the new model # it just spins and then stops spinning and does not populate the model #, there for I am unable to save it so I can request it and move on. Can someone please look in to this?
