Online Order did not notify client- Appliances Outlet

So looks like all the settings are set up properly - email should have gone to ruthie - which is the the outlook email, as listed in users - she got nothing, checked spam

Also - when that email is auto sent it should populate in the changelog - does it do that currently? if not- feature needed please. Simple.
