We are notifying you of a recent issue impacting Home Depot pricing data within Skulytics.
Home Depot has added new website protections, which currently prevent us from retrieving their pricing in real time. As a result, Skulytics temporarily sets the price to $0 until updated data is available.

Actions Taken by Skulytics
We’re also actively working on retrieving LAP and LCP data from Home Depot again. We will keep exploring every possible solution.
No action is required on your end.

📦 CSV Import – Smarter Model # Recognition

CSV imports for Inventory and Brand Cost now use the same smart recognition logic as Bulk Scan In. The system automatically cleans and normalizes scanned model numbers (extra characters, spaces, separators, scanner artifacts) before validation. Recognized models show a green check (✅), while unrecognized ones keep the existing warning (⚠️). This reduces failed imports and cuts down manual cleanup.

📆 Website Delivery ETA – Show Exact Dates

The website now displays precise delivery dates such as “Estimated Delivery Thu, Oct 30” instead of vague ranges like “5–10 days,” giving customers clearer expectations across both DMI and ADC sites.

🛍️ Marketing Feed – Automated Product Data Feed (JSON)

Stores with an active e-commerce website now receive a daily-updating JSON product data feed that integrates directly with marketing tools, eliminating manual exports and ensuring accurate, real-time product information. A new Data Feed integration card shows the secure URL, last updated time, and a preview example.

📅 Purchase Orders – Needed By Date Range Filter

The Requested PO page now includes a date range picker, allowing users to filter purchase orders by a specific week or month for clearer planning and prioritization, while still keeping existing quick filters for convenience.

🛠️ Purchase Orders – Bulk Edit Requested Date

Users can now select multiple PO items and update all their Requested Dates in one action, complete with a confirmation step and success summary, removing the need to edit items individually.

🏬 Multi-Warehouse – Unified Website & Platform Logic

Warehouse selection and inventory behavior are now consistent across the website and platform, showing stock from the nearest warehouse, updating ETAs immediately when addresses change, and following unified reassignment rules to create a predictable and transparent experience for both staff and customers.

💲 Product Pricing – Suggested Price Rule Guidance

The Edit Price Rule modal now displays a contextual “Suggested Rule” banner that indicates whether a brand uses MSRP, MAP, or UMRP pricing, helping users configure pricing correctly without needing additional support.

🛡️ CPS Protection Plans – Filter by Product Category

Protection plans can now be assigned to specific categories such as Appliances, Furniture, or Electronics, ensuring only relevant plans appear in POS and on the website, supported by new fields for category and brand in the Protection Plan settings.

🚚 Order Page – Reschedule Deliveries While In-Transit

Orders marked as In-Transit can now be rescheduled immediately through single or bulk actions right from the Order Page, removing delays and improving communication, with drivers receiving automatic in-app notifications if an active stop gets rescheduled.

💳 Payments – Add Custom Payment Methods

You can now create your own custom payment methods directly in Settings → Payments → Payment Methods, allowing you to record payments that don’t fit standard tender types. Admins can add a custom method name, description, an icon, and up to three optional custom field labels such as “Reference #” or “Account ID.” These methods appear only in the POS payment modal—never in online checkout—and include the standard Date and Amount fields plus any custom fields defined. All custom payment methods save as their own tender types in reporting, giving you clean, accurate reconciliation without workarounds or manual adjustments.
