Control Warehouse Assignment for Website Orders
Problem Website (e-commerce) orders can currently pull inventory from multiple locations. This makes it difficult to control fulfillment and can result in inventory being reserved from unintended warehouses. Goal Allow us to control which warehouse website orders pull inventory from, so online orders can be fulfilled from a specific warehouse Proposed Solutions Warehouse Assignment Toggle Add a setting that allows us to define a specific warehouse for website orders. When enabled, all website orders will pull inventory, auto-request, and auto-reserve only from the selected warehouse. Expected Outcome Website orders consistently pull inventory from the designated warehouse, giving us better control over e-commerce fulfillment.

So looks like all the settings are set up properly - email should have gone to ruthie - which is the the outlook email, as listed in users - she got nothing, checked spam Also - when that email is auto sent it should populate in the changelog - does it do that currently? if not- feature needed please. Simple.

Filter Amounts Are Wrong
When you select a filter, the counts shown for the remaining filters should update to reflect only the products available within the current filtered results. Right now, the counts appear to be showing totals from the entire dataset instead. For example, if Whirlpool is selected and there are only 98 Whirlpool products in the current category, the other filter options should not display counts higher than 98. However, the filters are currently showing numbers well above that. You can reference the filter behavior on AJ Madison as an example of the expected functionality.

creating an acount on the website
I have created an account on the website but have never set up a password for it. Everytime I login, it sends me an email with a link to get me in. Is that the way it is supposed to be? If someone sets up an account on the customerβs website using their email address but does not make a purchaseβ¦.it does not remember them at all. Iβve never seen a system like that before. Is that what we intended? We also need to look at the website portal through the lens of a contractor. I would expect to be able to create a username and password, have the store offer me a line of credit and some sort of special contractor pricing. In other systems, I have seen this as a βmaster discount.β where you can enter a percent and it automatically takes that price down. Like 10% off on all products. Something like that. But it also needs to have a floor so stores are not selling things below cost because they have a discount.

Add Delivery Fulfillments
Each store is charged for the delivery fulfillments each month. I looks like this calculates all the revenue made by installs, delivery fees, and extra mileage which is great! However, it would be extremely helpful if it subtracted out what the monthly charges were for each delivery stop by our delivery crews since it is being charged to the storeβs revenue. This statement does not show an accurate net income without factoring in what we are being charged for in deliveries. Thank you!!

Select Install Team before sending scheduling link
We have several delivery/install methods that can be selected when scheduling a delivery. Sometimes a specific team is needed or requested. It would be great if there was a way to pre-select a method before sending over a self scheduling link. For example: I had a crew that surveyed a job, then when the piece came in I had a self scheduling link sent to the customer. When they picked a date, it went to a different team who did not take part in the survey. It would be very nice to be able to pick ahead of time!

Start Time Differs from Day to day
Good Morning- Our delivery team currently works MON/WED/FRIDAY and start the route at 8:15 on those days. On Tues/Thurs the route does not start until 10:15 AM. I need to be able to set a different start time for each day of the week.
