โœจ Feature Updates

๐Ÿ“ฆ My Orders & Order Report โ€“ Custom Views & In-Transit Tab

Introducing the new In Transit status tab โ€” a dedicated view for orders that are ready to be or currently being delivered, giving you real-time visibility into delivery progress. Alongside this, you can now personalize your My Orders experience with the Custom View feature! Create tabs that display only the statuses you care about โ€” such as Not Yet Requested, Ordered, Scheduled Delivery, Delivered, and Archived โ€” and tailor your columns to match your workflow. Each custom tab can be renamed, edited, or deleted anytime, and your custom views automatically sync to the Order Report page for consistency. Note that the In Transit tab is not included in Custom Views, as itโ€™s designed to always show live delivery activity for better tracking and operational clarity.

๐Ÿท๏ธ Product Pricing โ€“ PMAP Toggle & MSRP Defaults

You now have more control over your pricing strategy! When using MAP as the Sale Price Rule, a new โ€œInclude PMAPsโ€ toggle lets you choose whether to include promotional MAPs. Turn it off to use standard MAPs only for safer, more consistent pricing. Plus, the Regular Price Rule now defaults to MSRP (when available), with a warning modal to confirm any changes โ€” helping prevent errors on โ€œcompare atโ€ pricing and ensuring pricing consistency across your catalog.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Product Pricing โ€“ Competitor-Based Brand Sale Price Rule

You can now set specific competitor prices as your brandโ€™s Sale Price Rule! decide whether to Match, Mark Down, or Mark Up their price. The rule automatically respects MAP compliance when its active, falls back to your next pricing rule if no data is found, and logs every decision in the price audit trail. This gives retailers the flexibility to stay competitive while maintaining full pricing control and compliance.

You can filter by date, order number, location, or category and export results in CSV/XLSX. Real-time and historical modes both include tooltips explaining their behavior, ensuring clear visibility into recognized and deferred amounts. This gives finance teams better transparency, accuracy, and control.

๐Ÿท Report โ€“ Sales Tax: Fix Mismatch Calculation

Resolved an issue causing a calculation mismatch in the Sales Tax Report that occurred when orders involved mixed payment methods, partial returns, and add-ons. These conditions previously caused the reported tax values to fall out of sync with the actual order details, which could impact reporting accuracy and financial reconciliation. With this fix, all tax calculations are now properly synchronized with order data, ensuring consistency, clearer tracking, and more reliable reporting moving forward.
